Well done to our members who successfully graded with Kancho Kanazawa and Suzuki sensei.
Congratulations to our latest Black Belts, Liam Murphy and Caitriona Quinn, who successfully took their Shodan gradings in Mayfield, Cork, on Sunday 22nd May.
Well done also to Kenny Mason and Steven Rees who both graded Nidan, making the trip south very worthwhile for all!
All four were excellent on the floor, with good Kihon and Kata performances. Liam and Caitrona were very comfortable with their Jiyu Ippon Kumite and both Kenny and Steven fought well in Jiyu Kumite for their Nidan grades.
